DESCRIPTION:Die Forschungswerkstatt ist ein offenes\, selbstorganisiertes Kolloquium für Doktorand:innen und Post-Docs\, die empirisch zu Themen gegenwärtiger Religion forschen. Sie bildet ein niedrigschwelliges Forum für kollegialen Austausch zu methodischen Fragen\, Materialbesprechungen und Feedback. \n\n\n\nDie Forschungswerkstatt findet von 15-17 Uhr im Besprechungsraum der Professur für Religions- und Mediendidaktik (Bauleitgebäude) statt. DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the Ta’ziz Science Cooperations 2023–2025 Closing Conference titled “Dealing with Material Culture in the Eastern Mediterranean: Between Excavation and Digitization.“ \n\n\n\nThe conference will take place at Philipps-Universität Marburg from 17–20 December 2025 and brings together scholars from Egypt\, Lebanon\, Cyprus\, and Germany to discuss new research on archaeology\, heritage studies\, Islamic manuscripts\, digital humanities\, and the history of medicine and pharmacy. \n\n\n\nOver four days\, participants will engage in keynote lectures\, thematic panels\, and collaborative sessions focusing on excavation practices\, manuscript studies\, digitization projects\, and cultural heritage across the Eastern Mediterranean.
